The tropical setting feels like paradise.
Our experience at Hale Maluhia Country Inn was far from perfect. The noise from neighboring dogs barking throughout the night was unbearable, making it difficult to get any rest. To add to that, the shared bathrooms offered little privacy, turning what should have been a relaxing stay into a series of uncomfortable encounters.

Quiet surroundings felt like a treehouse experience, away from the busy vibes yet easily accessible with a rental car. The shared kitchen was a great space, allowing for home-cooked meals amidst a suburban neighborhood charm. However, the driveway was tricky to find due to a curve in the road, and the common areas could use more upkeep. Breakfast, featuring authentic dishes, provided a delightful start to the day, especially with views of local wildlife.
